I think utropicmedia.net can be used, because this is really reasonable provider worth of every charged penny at their managed dedicated hosting.
As an alternative option may recommend you enotchnetworks.com
I know nothing about this host, but think that hostingsource.com can be considered a good alternative for you to order dedicated server hosting solutions along with really good management.
Good communication and customer service is key to a great web-host, and it has these qualities in spades.
