the problem is i cant open the picasa web album! maybe it was blocked by gov.

You can always use Tor to bypass the Government filters:
Tor: anonymity online

(use at own risk though)

A few weeks ago I uploaded all my photos onto picasa.
last week we had a storm and lost power as my computer was shutting down, damaging my hard drive.
I have not been successful in logging into picasa on another computer.
I have tried every email address I have and picasa keeps saying it doesn't recogniize any of them. Any ideas, please?
