Thread: How can I send a calendar event via outlook 2007/2010?

I need to create an event to invite some people to a meeting using Microsoft Outlook, and we need the meeting appears within our shared Google Calendar. We can have the google calendar in our Outlook client via the ical link, but it's read-only, we cannot modify it. We have tried Google Sync, but it's not the behaviour we need. So basically what we need is to add a new meeting invitation in outlook, and that this invitation appears in google calendar.
