theres alot of factors to rank a site to google.. maybe read more about SEO and then ask question... more particular.. thanks...

Why worry about PR. Get Traffic. Get Numbers of Quality Backlinks. And also dont believe Alexa rankings because above 100, 000 is not usually accurate.

basically u will need lots of link.

Play SEO stuffs wisely.....Use them in an appropriate activity.

don't just submit it on Search Engines, you should continue Building Quality Links and Make sure your site is Indexed Already and in time, you'll get ranked naturally.

Get more and more links in. Submitting to search engines also helps, but quality links are better.

Submitting to search engines don't assure you anything.

you can get a high ranking in search engines by doing some SEO

techniques..

There are lots of things you can do. One biggie is getting quality back links to you. Forums, Blogs, text ads on High PR sites are three very effective ways. Good SEO, keyword and meta tag optimization is key as well. You can buy traffic from traffic vendors, but be careful. The visitors need to come from different and unique ip addresses.

Content is also key. You need good keyword rich content that reads well for humans. The search engines love to see fresh, relevant, informative content. They are getting smarter about recognizing good content vs. keyword stuffing.

Just a few ideas you can consider.

I agree, I think the best but very slow way is black linking and use appropriate words in your site. SEO will make it faster but you will spend a lot of money and some day when for any reason don't have money to keep it, so you lose it. I am not the big expert in search engines, but I think the thinks built slowly and smart last longer than pumping the balloon fast.
