The voice quality on voice chat is amazing. Its better then a normal telephone line.

I did voice chat, but never done video chat.

No. you can not go for vedio chat through GTalk.

Yes, you can do video chat. You just have to install this Google voice aand vidoe chat. Hope this will help you.

I am a little bit out and I don't know video chat in gtal either. Usually I use other chat tools and currently I don't want to change it. Maybe sometime later I will give it a try.
