Greetings. Is there a way to keep track of specific threads on various forum websites. Say I have created a thread on a website's forum. My goal is for google reader to update when someone replies to a single thread, and preferably will mark each individual POST within the subscribed thread as read or unread.

I have already tried copying the url of a specific thread into the the subscribe box on google reader, but this results in feeding me material from the entire website as opposed to new material within a thread that I want to track. Any ideas? Much appreciated!
