Fastest Way to Show "More" in Google Reader Mobile

In the mobile version of Google Reader, news feeds are numbered (1-9 per page, I think), and at the bottom of the page the number 0 corresponds to the link for More and # corresponds to the link for Mark These As Read. My question: what's the shortcut for clicking on either of those options (both of which result in a new page of news feeds)? Typing 0 does not make the cursor jump to More like one might expect, nor does Alt-0 or Shift-0. There must be a better way than using the trackball to point to the link, right?
