    SERP Google

I used to believe that Google SERP is relatively stable. But I found that I am wrong.

You mean on Search Engine Result Page (SERP) your website stable. But after some time you found your website not there.
Yes, it's true because on google search engine change ranking every time. And its also depend on keyword traffic. Some time every minute your site ranking up and down like one time on first position and after minute on second page or other position....
But don't worry when your website have good ROI (Reputation On Internet). And have quality back links. Then your site stable for long time ....

Not sure for OP means, but SERP means Search Engine Result Page, and it is the page that is shown when you do search for a particular term. That means SERP 1 will only show you the first ten results, SERP 2 results 11-20, etc.

Of course SERP is not stable. It is updating to see how you work on your keyword, on how your site was for this week, for this month. Results can either be good or bad, depending on how you optimize your site.

If it didn't change, seo would be a fruitless endeavor.

That is why google love the natural quality backlinks increase for the website keywords.Because there are so many competitors want to rank higher for the keywords you do.So sometimes, it will be up and down a little.AS long as you keep to increase the backlinks,I think you will keep a stable SERP in google.

I think google don't change the position everyday. may be in weekly basis or whenever they update the algorithm..

Is it April Fools at google today? Search results are a mess right now. Just last week they did a great update which cleaned Spammy Adsense sites however today they did another update and those sites are all back on top.

Hopefully just an April fool and not real update.
