Thread: Googles new Backgrounds

yes, it was yesterday...But not everybody was able to notice it. I think only those who use FireFox wapbrowser.

Unfortunately I never seen here, I don't know maybe it was not yet updated here in my location. I'll check of that in the near future.

Wasn't Google's philosophy to keep things simple and highly functional? If so then the background feature goes against the grain in that respect. I tried it out with a picture of a wolf-like puppy dog and I wasn't too impressed. The image was 1mb which caused havoc with my small-town broadband connection, especially with the fade-in. I also figured it was a bit inconsistent with the image being only on the search page and not the results page.

Still, I suppose it's early days and it will improve over time. Google have received a great deal of feedback and I'm sure they'll iron out the difficulties.

While I'm here I should suggest you have a quick look at www.Gazoomy.com which is a site that allows you to set a background wallpaper for Google search or you can create your own by uploading a photo. It has some snazzy effects such as a moveable search bar and the tabbed results page. It's not affiliated with Google, it's just a site I knocked up. Enjoy!

Google Background is cool!! Actually i am using the girl on the window. that is so beautiful and somehow i love it more than Google being simple.

It is amazing how google is growing more and more and being more productive.

Every changes google does in itself has a great quality in itself.

Its nice and interesting. And it doesn't take any time off from their loading time.

It's the best if google simply and no background. I have already used background of Google. i don't see its useful
