I would say any certification helps, but it’s not enough. As far as I know you need a lot of know-how to work for Google, and the interview is what counts maybe more than 75%. It also depends for what job you want to apply.

I think it depends. They'll be still looking on your achievements.

But it will help you on other job applications.

I think if you have a proper knowledge of your field and you know wat you are doing,how it effects my work and how much i will get it from it. Then no certification is required. Google is a brand name and if he thinks that the person have a good knowledge then he will def picks you.
