I just remember our studies on galaxy back then and I don't like it. Seeing this one will surely make me appreciate the outer space.

I hope they will make this google sky more advance and a more clear image or even a 3D one like an animation.

* I completely disagree with you, as I found tirrible & damaging mistakes in GOOGLE SKY last month, as it was showing wrong current picture of the moon, (from 21/09/08 to 29/09/0 not the right phase & not the right sides of bright & dark areas.
* It still giving wrong current pictures of Venus & mercury at the moment.
* for showing my findings on this forum I got my access blocked by the gang of modorators of this forum (not all of them), even though my finding were approved by GOOGLE!

also found out about google mars - Google Mars

which is cool, they show you places that spacecrafts has landed!

its good way to explore... and very interesting! =)
