yea but the main purpose of google earth is only to show u a map & routes. this are this to be showing on Google earth is not worth
I think Google Earth/Map are brilliant computer tools. However, I would like to brows through all those structures that I see there to see what's for sale, see what's being manufactured, view football games and other events, learn about stuff, have meetings, search through this GUI, establish my inventory there, display my products, advertise, go to garage sales, and many other things.

But if Google will enhance their search engine within Google Earth, and lets say we search for an android phone model xxx, such that you get pop-up flags on the GE GUI (near and far) for all stores that list this phone, then you would be able to go to the every brick and mortar store right on you computer and look at the phones, prices, service contract, availability, return policy, get demos, etc. While you are there, you might want to walk-through, browse and shop for other things. Don't tell you wife of this concept.
Instead of brick & mortar businesses going out of business because of e-trade, the e-trade (websites) uses the store structure images to leverage their business through rich and interesting content. I'm sure ads can be factored into the process. You have a virtual world on your computer not from just looking from above but looking from within structures also. Extend the GE domain into all those structures.
Please go to fcahs.net to see an example site that demonstrates a pictorial tour of my high school. This tour can be made much more detailed than what you see at this site. Many Universities or other campus basic organizations would be interested in the concept. With a little professional polish this concept would be a perfect extension to Google Earth, Maps, and/or Street View.
If a business opens his doors to the public, anyone can come in and personally case the facility which is more of a threat than seeing it on a computer. You can hide things on a computer. Public businesses/stadiums/theaters/campuses are not necessarily private places. These photographic tours can be password protected or encrypted for various reasons. Of course, one can also choose not to display the tour on the internet or take it down at anytime.
