Thread: No Minimize, restore down & exit buttons

My Google earth works fine but on my one user there is no minimize, reduce down & exit buttons(ie no blue bar at the top). It also covers the task bar at the bottom of the screen and am not bale to go to other open programmes.
When on my other username on my pc it does not do this.

Any ideas how to solve this??
