IE could have been the problem. Get him to clear his internet cache. I could be casing some problems.
Or just get him to use it on a different browser
We have used docs for business for quite a while now and haven't had too many problems with apps at all.
Recently we had a client saying that he can't access SOME of the spreadsheets in docs. We tried it on all 5 computers and it worked on all 4 documents with no problems.
Has anyone else had this issue?
He was using IE (I think that might have been the problem)
But it's weird that SOME of them worked, they were all made on the same day in the same way.

I agree with crovax on IE suggestion. I suggest you to check on your working computer in IE. If it works in your computer there I think the problem is in client's computer.
One of the mejor problem is Google Docs.I used IE some of them worked.i suggest check your computer.
Google DOCS is a spread sheet.like as excel.I am also using this this docs file.I always use Mozilla and Google chrome browser, still now I don't feel any problem,I think I have little bit of knowledge about this.
Thank you for clarifying that
cheers just what i was looking for
try deleting cookies/ cache
As simple as it sounds, this happened to me and all I did was look for updates for my browser. After the update was complete, I never got the error again.
Maybe you could try it as a last ditch effort.
Yes deleting browser cache and removing temporary internet files works
Even if it works, he’d better quit using IE. Mozilla is free and works perfectly fine, and I think Chrome also , although I didn’t use it.
I think Internet Explorer 8 has all the functionality of Mozilla browser. With Latest Technology Computer Configuration and latest Laptop Configurations, all the browsers are easily browsed and huge memory helps in virtual memory
I don't think IE to be the problem. If the Docs worked for the others it's more than sure that his computer has a problem.
One of the major predicament is Google Docks’ used IE a little of them worked. I advise check your workstation.
This is the first time I am hearing such an issue with Google docs. But it may be an issue of web browser,asIE may face such an issue.Try chrome or Mozilla Firefox
I have heard the same in regards to IE ... I have never had an issue but admit that my use of google docs has been very limited
As straightforward as it sound, this happened to me moreover all I did was give the impression of being for updates intended for my browser. After the inform was comprehensive, I in no way got the error once more.
refresh it, then it will start works properly.
