Google buzz is just like twitter as we make followers and following there same work is here.Google did good which introduced it.I am really happy to see this.

But it works with only your Google account connections,the Buzz you do will distribute to your Google Account Followers.

yeah off course you can use Buzz as social media optimization tool for your business but it is just limited to Gmail Accounts .. only Gmail account holders can sign up to Buzz ... it's functions are same as twitter has ... you must focus on advertising your business on facebook n twitter ,,, carry on with Buzz as well but it will not give you more visitors or clients other then Facebook n twitter
