Queries are given in the left hand side under the SEO section, there you can see the keywords that led to the visits on your website. Or you can connect you analytics account with webmaster tools account to the complete queries searched that led to visits on your website.

Its mean your keywords are not ranked in search engine on good positions therefore you are not getting good traffic from keywords, your should optimize your keywords.

Google show not provided data in analytic because if you have any secure page means https// like any query form, payment gateway, google not showing this type of data in analytics thats why google show in "not provided" or "not set"
