Will i get banned by Google adwords if i use a squeeze page/landing page with links?

Hi guys

Will i be banned if i use squeeze page with Terms, Earnings disclaimer and Privacy Policy at bottom of page as links ?

Im surely not out to scam anybody or anything like that, i simply want to use squeeze page/landing page as it gives much better results for me leads wise.

I know other marketers are doing it without violating terms and conditions so please tell me what i must do..

I can't imagine why you would get banned for using these pages? How would it possibly violate their rules?

Google does not like Dead ends.

Give the user the information they are looking for without forcing them to opt in.

Provide links to contact us or other parts of the website or other sites for those that do not choose to opt in and you will be fine.I guess it depends on what's on the landing page; does the landing page itself follow the Adwords guidelines? I'm not sure every single one of those types of links need to be on the landing page, but the content certainly has to be acceptable.
