We are in the entertainment business, and consequently have a lot of emails with big attachments (audio, video, etc). Right now, we're using Outlook with a POP account, and storing the archival email on our individual pc's. However, Google Apps is an attractive solution, as we travel somewhat, and using Gmail (IMAP) we can access our mail no matter where we are. One of our accounts has a Outlook PST file that is 20Gb, so we're probably ok with Gmail's 25Gb limit; however, I'm concerned that we may at some future date run into a problem with that amount of storage.

We have an Amazon S3 account that we use quite a bit for storing audio/video files; does anyone have any ideas how we might be able to move some of the archival email from our Google accounts to offsite storage such as S3? I know that we could move that data to an Outlook PST file on each computer, but that eliminates the advantage of having IMAP.

Any ideas would be appreciated!
