Create a new Group in Gmail with whatever name you like and copy/add all the contacts from My Contacts to this and then you can add all the contacts you want to My Contacts which will show up in your Gmail app on the BB.

The overall interface and the themes. Also the way that the e-mails are displaying like conversations is a pretty nice feature.
