i dont' think so.
if the users will delete some mails.,the admins will be thought these mails are not need.,so may be deleted.,expected some time.
however this question is so interesting point.
How long does Gmail keep emails we delete? Somebody was saying they keep them forever? Is that true ? Just curious as to why they would do that.

Ninety days from the date of delete your email in the trash then it will be sweeped by the gmail.

If you delete for good out of the trash bin, then they are gone forever... I have inadvertently done this before.. ooops!
If I recall correctly, Google have explicitly stated that they do not delete any emails (even after the user deletes them). However, that does mean that they can 'recover' emails for their users. These emails are kept for data mining purposes.
In reality though, I doubt that they keep the emails after they've mined the data.
If you really want to know, browse though the Terms of Service. It should be in there somewhere.
Actually Google do not delete any emails forever because they wanted to use the email without deletion of emails.
I didn't find any BIN or the kinda thing where u can retrive your deleted mails like hot mail do.
SO i guess u can get back the deleted mails.
Correct me if I am wrong. I am also want to know better about G mails!
I guess normally, they will keep it for 90 days, and during the period u can still retrive it!
this is why there are so many that refuse to use or reply to gmail, it is evil, there is nothing to stop them from selling your info, since they have your IP address from your email and in time they know more about you than you, who you are, your friends, what you talk about, when, where, how, they can "package" you and sell it, such as charge $ for each week of your activity, they have their fork in your gut, this is the worst of all evil.
i think 90 days from the day of your email
