Safe Mode not working properly

Hey guys. Got this prob with safe mode. Every time i log on in safe mode, i am unable to get a desktop loaded up. instead it just stays black, and has saffe mode written in the four corners. what can i do?

Does it load in Windows normally ok? Is the problem "just" safe mode? Interesting.

i got the problem fixed, just used a program called roguescanfix
