    What is wrong with the effects store?

    When I tried to purchase a name change from the effects store just now, I got an error message. I'm just wondering what is wrong with it. Here is a screen shot of the error:

    Maybe I broke it, I was the latest person to change my title to "1000 Posts and Counting". But, I don't know how to fix it, I don't even have any kind of administrative access to it.

    Yeah it doesn't work for me either..I wanted to change my name and it said that the effects store wasn't enabled or an error occured ...
