    Android

    Hi,

Google I/O features 80 sessions, more than 3,000 developers, and over 100 demonstrations from developers showcasing their technologies. Talk shop with engineers building the next generation of web, mobile, and enterprise applications.

    Thanks
    Devid

A year ago, Android was an unfinished OS for nerds, bursting with potential. With Android, it's evolved into something sleeker, more refined and focused—but still something not quite human. And over the last year, Android's evolved more rapidly and appeared in more shapes than any other smartphone OS.

    Get Android 2.2!

The Android 2.2 platform is now available for the Android SDK, along with new tools, documentation, and a new NDK. For information about new features and APIs, read the version notes.
If you have an existing SDK, add Android 2.2 as an SDK component. If you're new to Android, install the SDK starter package.

Android Market online software store developed by Google for Android devices.
An app called “Android Market” is preinstalled on Google branded Android devices and allows users to browse and download applications published by third-party developers, hosted on Market.
Android market is a Google licensed software, and it is not open source software.

I always find that OS based on linux it's much more reliable than other (at least I never got any of my linux OS crashed like it happens sometimes with windows), I think and android will be a very software with a great OS.

And it will be with open source code

    Android

As the android is open source code we find it very useful. We can easily build innovative mobile applications. It allows developers to create more cohesive experiences for all users. I think it will be most useful OS.
